Day 2: How you started
There’s many ways I could answer this question. I’ve pretty much always been creative most of my life and grew up drawing, however I put art to the side as an adult.
After quite a few years without creating, I felt a pull to start painting again. I ended up taking a class at a local community college and had the opportunity to show in two gallery shows through the school.
From then, I kept painting. I moved back to the Finger Lakes area a few years ago, debuting my work at Community Arts of Elmira and then expanding to show my work at other locations within the region.
