100 Day Project 2022: Part 4

New week, new update!  This is what I’ve been up to for days 19 through 27 of the 100 Day Project.  If you’re not familiar with the 100 Day Project or want to take a look at the previous days, check out my recent blog posts.

When I was thinking back on the week and what I was going to post about, I didn’t think there was a whole lot of new things to share for today’s update.  I decided to rearrange my studio space this week and most of my time has been dealing with that (and while that was time I spent in my studio, I didn’t count towards my “studio time”).  Looking back at last week’s update, I do have a few new things I can show though.

Last update I had made progress  on this Sketchy Tree drawing I had started.  Early in the week, I finished this one.  It’s based off a scene found at the bottom of Businessman’s Lunch Falls in Ithaca, New York at the last update.

I started and finished a new one (just in time for today’s update).  This scene was also based off a photograph that I took during my 50 New York Waterfalls Project, this time near Ithaca Falls.  I prepped a couple small papers for new art during the week too.

I’m excited to see where this project goes this year!  Are you participating in the 100 Day Project this year too?  I’d love to know what your project is and follow along!
