100 Day Project 2022: Part 12

I made it through the 100 Day Project! Let’s take a look at days 94 through 100! If you’re not familiar with the 100 Day Project or want to take a look at the previous days, check out my recent blog posts. I also added a link to part one if you want to go back to the beginning of the project.

This week I focused on creating mini drawings for my upcoming show. Make sure to mark your calendar for July 1st 5-8pm for opening night where my Sketchy Trees will make their gallery debut! Right now I’m in the process of figuring out which ones to frame for the show. If you’d like to help out and vote for your favorites you can check out my post here – thank you!

I spent some time finding and trying out small frames this week too. Here’s two of the minis in their frames.

And lastly here’s this week’s fun drawing which was part of an art challenge with friends on the theme of “medieval or renaissance”.

Thanks for following along with this year’s 100 Day Project! I’m very pleased with the pieces of art that I was able to complete during this timeframe. And I only missed 4 days throughout the whole challenge (which I added onto the end). I took my first day off of creating on Saturday and it felt really weird after getting into the habit of making art daily.
